I want to do it as fast as possible please help I need to know where to get materials and what to make
Go to every major city and buy out all their iron ingots and leather strips, then just smith them all to iron daggers.
Buy an iron/iron oar and leather/leather strips but make sure you buy them all then smith all of them and do this always in no time you will be 100 smith.
Iron ore/ingots to iron daggers. You can buy them from the major cities and the khaijit caravan (either buying when they're outside a major city or taking from their chest cache by Ironbreaker Mine in Dawnstar). Enchanting can be leveled up quickly too- buy raw materials, craft daggers, go to enchanting station, enchant, sell daggers, buy more ores, repeat until out of stock, then go eto another city and repeat.
