Ok, so in school we're having a cinco de mayo partyWe each have to bring something, and i was wondering if anybody had any EASY recipes (apple chimmichanghas sound REALLY good!) The problem is i would like a recipe in which i could make a large quantityAt least 30, that won't take forever to makeoh yeah, and no meat pleaseThank you guyz!!xoxo

This is pretty easy- instead of serving with ice cream, buy frozen cool whip, which should thaw in time for class, and keep foil tightly over once cooked to keep heat in- pretty similar to chimichangas but much easier!!! Mexican Apple Cobbler recipe 12 servings (triple to make 30 and buy aluminum foil cake pans) 12 flour tortillas 1 cup canned apple pie filling 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups water 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Chop apples in pie fillingFill each tortilla with 1 tablespoon filling and rollPlace in pan with rolled end downIn a saucepan add remaining ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is meltedPour over tortillas and let set in refrigerator for at least 8 hoursBake 30 minutes at 350 degrees FServe warm.
