Factors affecting ink adhesion

This shows that there is a critical value for the relative humidity of printing. The temperature is an important condition in gravure printing. It affects both the drying process and the material tension. Temperature setting is too high, not only affects the vertical overprinter accuracy, but also because of ink on the substrate dry "fast" and lead to adhesion decline.Suitable for printing environmental temperature should be controlled below 30 degrees celsius. Drying temperature due to printing materials, ink layer thickness, printing speed and other factors are not the same, the general principle is not set too high.
