The Farmville grain silo lets you plant grains more easily (4 at a time instead of one) You can buy it at Level 13 for 20,000 coins and sell it for 1000 coins and 200 XP

Jacob just answered your question. It's just for show, it's also an easy way to gain quick experience points if you are 200xp shy of a level. Then just resell it for half the money. Hope this helps
