Question:

Fax machine question?

We have a Canon Faxphone L80 fax machine at work. We cannot put in multiple pages to fax. We have to manually feed them in one page at a time. If we put in more than one it pulls them all in at once. Is there an adjustment that needs to be made to allow this to work properly? We only put in a couple pages, it's not like we are putting in a ream of paper. Thanks

Answer:

Htc all the way, the iphones are lame and blackberrys stop woking right after a couple months of having it. buttons stop working and calls can't get through. ( i have a blackberry bold, i loved it at first but now i HATE it)
the 40 ppm hardness means that this water has 40 mg of CaCO3/liter of water; the resin holds 0.35 grams of Na+/gram of resin, we can obtain the conversion rate by putting one molecular weight over the other (even though in Na+ it is an atomic weight) , the conversion rate being K100.08/22.99 4.35 grams of CaCO3/gram of Na+. With this factor we transform the 0.35 grams of Na+ into CaCO3 by saying 0.35*4.35 1.52 grams of CaCO3. Now that you know how much CaCO3 your resin can hold you convert this to liters of hardness 40, that is by reasoning that each liter has 40 mg or 0,040 grams CaCO3, so the amount of water that can be deionized is 1.52/0.040 38 liters. you are very welcomed
