Look on youtube and search for them. Besides, what's so hard about them? I practically did my bracket and mohawk when I learned my one foot spin. It's basically the same thing, Just try to move your whole body when ur doing this, rotate the hips and the arms. It'll come much easier.
Practice and if you have a private lesson coach ask them if you can work on them during your lesson.
