Absolute filter: filter is absolutely intercept surface filtering method, is greater than a certain size particles of 95-99.9% were intercepted, less than the size of the particles by all. Pore size must be same size on the surface of the filter bag material, weave fabric must be tight and firm, material requirements after joint can bear high pressure, can prevent leakage occurs, absolute filtering effect can be assured.
Different companies have different test methods and efficiency requirements of filter bag accuracy, some are defined as 80 ~ 85%, some are defined as 50 ~ 70%.
The filter efficiency of liquid filtration bag is divided into relative filtration and absolute filtration. Relative filtering: deep filter is on the surface of filter layer and internal to intercept filter, non-woven (also called nonwoven fabric) not woven fiber interwoven irregularly, large particles were intercepted in the outside of the non-woven fabric, first into smaller, but to a certain depth and intercepted, further more smaller impurities, finally, to less than a certain size of particles and a small amount is larger than the size of the particles. Commonly used in the depth of the filter of polypropylene, polyester, NOMEX, the material such as ptfe filter bag, non-woven filter material such as the internal organization structure, material thickness, fiber surface will affect the depth filter interception efficiency. Usually, this filter is called relative filtration, and the filter precision is often defined by the efficiency of the filter of a particular aperture.
