Anybody know how the particular scene was shot ? It is evident that no editing is done in that scene. Even though the movie is disturbing, technical perfection of this scene is amazing. I can see his face (Tanya or the wrong guy) splat like anything but still giving expressions Some one told that the director explains the trick on a special edition DVD. I searched for the DVD but I couldn't get one. Any idea ?
If it's a bigger apartment complex that has to follow certain rules, you could go your local courthouse and find someone that could help you. If it's a smaller place, they may not have to abide by some rules. depends upon where you live and how big the place is that you live in.
Ask your parents. Your smoke detector is still working. Removing it from the trim piece will not disable it. Removing the battery will also not disable the detector. Don't disable a smoke detector just to smoke a cigarette, or ever in that case.
