Okay very first step I am going to take is to take the motorcycle safety course, and also get my motorcycle license. After that I am not sure what to do, i have an idea, i just do not know what order to do them in.I am a first time rider.All help is appreciated. It seems like a lot of steps to just get started with it sigh. Just very confused on what to do. Thanks

The safest bet would be to call a glass/mirror installer. If you want to try it yourself be sure to wear eye protection glasses, long sleves and heavy leather work gloves to protect your hands from cuts. Using masking tape, criss-cross the tape all over the mirror. This will help it from shattering into a million pieces. Lay a large drop cloth up against the wall and outward. Another drop cloth should be taped at the top of the mirror and down the sides. Starting at the bottom, use a rubber hammer to try to break the mirror into large pieces. Remove pieces as they become loose or drop down. Continue working up the wall. It would be a good idea to have several people there to assist you. Someone on a tall ladder to press on the top of the mirror so it will not come crashing down on you would be helpful. Do not do this alone!
