Remove the tail light and apply a thin layer of clear silicone to all seams on the lens. Also check for cracks in the lens or rear bucket of the lamp assembly. If all seams are sealed and there are no visible cracks it should be good. If it still leaks try putting some dielectric grease on the bulb o-ring.
