Hi im 13 and i live in a big apartment building in the middle east but i get very paranoid about the fire alarm that they are always setting off. I am at the point where sometimes i cant sleep because im scared if i fall asleep i will not hear it and get hurt. Is there any advice that could help or make me less paranoid about it? Thanks
