Carbs break down slowly n are ur bodies preferred energy source n I workout a lot so no don't workout too much what you do when you workout is you put stress on the muscles to break them so they grow back stronger and you need protien so they will Grow back but If u don't let ur muscles relax especially after an intense workout you will be weaker and weaker n weaker instead of weaker from breaking ur muscles then being stronger after ur muscles are actually healed so if u work out a lot then I'd give myself 24-36 hours
Working out every other day is good because it gives your muscles a chance to recoverAt the very least, switching the workouts daily will do the same thing (mostly cardio one day, mostly toning and strength building the next) The extra carbs shouldn't affect you, but it depends too on how often you eat carbsIf your body isn't used to so much at once, it might bloat a bitJust drink plenty of water tomorrow and you should be fine
