Don't panicAlthough it is suggested that you blanch fresh corn before freezing, I have found over the years that removing the husk and silk, wrapping the corn in aluminum foil and placing the ears in freezer bags without blanching first, has produced a better resultWhen you are ready to cook the frozen ears of corn, do not defrost themPlace the frozen ears directly into the boiling water, cover the pot and cook for five minutesYou will find that the corn taste almost as good as when made freshGood luck and hope you enjoy.
