Just recently, Maryland implemented the FSC cigarette law. I've researched what exactly an FSC cigarette was, and learned that they've added two speed-bumps to smolder carelessly unattended cigarettes. What I really want to know is what those speed bumps are made of? My husband and I both got sick from them when we first bought them (about 2-3 weeks ago). Our throats hurt, and smoking was enjoyable anymore. That's what I've heard from a lot of people, too. We plan on quitting this July, but until then, what's going on with these new cigarettes?!
