Hello, Beacon Light: Should be turned on right before start up to alert crew of start up. Navigation Lights: On when plane in motion. Strobe lights: When in the air not taxiing. Landing lights: Below 10,000 Feet Cabin Lights: Your decision Taxiing lights: When taxiing. Did I miss anything Respectfully, CRJ700
