Fuel additives or dont bother?

I‘ve been using the top grade gasoline (ultimate) from BP ONLY whenever I fill up but should I once in a while use techron plus, seafoam spray, or seafoam treatment for my 2000 Altima gxe with 94,000 miles. And is it more effective to use them and then get an oil change asap ? OR should I not bother with these additives?

Don't bother with any of these respected and proven additives For one thing, if your car does not REQUIRE high grade gasoline, it's a complete waste of money. For another, even if your car does require high grade gasoline, it's cheaper to just buy it than to buy regular and jazz it up.
i would be inclined that you are experancen condesation from the heat of the eng and the cold of the wether mixing and crating water in your exhaust pipes and is exiteng out the exsased tail pipe casing a water drip normaly you would see this in a steam but yours is making water drops and will go away as the temp hearts up come spring
thats way too low of imileage to be in need of any additives like this. proper maintainence is what to do filters, and hoses and ignition components and timing belt
