Gas Safety Certificate - Boiler at Risk?

We moved into this property at the end of July and could not find a Gas Safety Cert so asked the letting agent about it who got onto the landlady only to find that there wasn't one. had 3 gas engineers since all saying that the boiler is at risk as the working pressure is to low from that at the meter and that I can't use it so have had no hot water or heating for 3 weeks now.What are my options?

Also ask about electric safety certificate and fire alarms. if that doesn't work tell the agents you are having it investigated yourself because you think you may get CO poisoned. (which if no gas safety cert might be true)

If your boiler is at risk and its been turned off then if you use it you would be breaking the law ( Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations 1998)You need to get onto your landlord to get this rectified ASAP, if needs be consult a solicitor as your landlord may well be in breach of his contract with you.
