Gasoline is what reason no vibration rammer
If the gasoline engine is working properly, the tamper does not vibrate. First, check that the oil is still there. (there is an oil drain under the retractable spring rubber).
The most likely is that the pump is broken, of course, including the oil pump circuit, disconnection, and so on, so that the remaining gasoline can temporarily start the engine, then there is no mixing gas immediately flameout. Of course, there may be no gas, this possibility is very small.
Second, take the four screws under the rammer, and you will find that the concave and concave gaskets that are against the spring should be broken.
