i know through lighter weights we cannot bulk up our muscle....But i want to know can i get strength by light weight training.....?????
Lighter weights builds more muscle endurence and more chisling for strength try going up in weight per set ( ex: 65%max, 75% 85% all 8 reps then 90% till failure)
A litlle.......but if yu want real Strength lift heavy but less repetition!! Like Let's say sited of liftin 10kg 12 times in a row lift 15kgs 6 to 8 times instead....get it!!!
Light weight training, not feather light, you can do more repetitions with it before getting tired. It helps with fatigue, but not strength.
