Question:

Girls names for elements (fire, water, light/lightning/electricity)?

I'm writing a story and I'm having a bit of trouble with names. The main characters are 3 sisters that develop elemental powers - fire, water, and lightning/electricity.I had picked out 3 names that I love for the characters and their personalities, but they are all 3 or 2 letters and they all end in 'a'.The 3 names I had picked out are Sera (burning one), Cora (lady of the lake), and Zia (light). Sera, who has fire powers, is artsy and outgoing. Cora, who has water powers, is shy and kind. And Zia, who can can control electricity, is bubbly, outgoing, and just very hyper/bouncy/spunky.I think these names suit them perfectly, but it really bugs me that they all end in 'a' and sound alike. Are there any other names that mean these things and match their personalities? I know that Vivien also means 'lady of the lake', and that's on my list for water. Any suggestions? :)

Answer:

ask him if he doesn't like the school he is going to? Maybe try online or homeschooling? I was the same way in high school and always wanted to drop out and did everything to get into trouble so i wouldn't have to go. I than got pregnant and went to an online school and did much better.Maybe ask him if someone or something is bugging him. Middle and high school years are hell
Yes, you can take your own food and drink on the plane with a few exceptions. All liquids in your carry on must be 3.4oz or less and sealed in a 1qt. zip top bag. tsa.dhs /travelers/airtrav This means that you'll have to purchase your water, soda, coffee, etc *after* you have gone through security. All electronic devices must be stowed for take off and landing, however, you can use them during the flight. Cell phones are prohibited from use from the time they shut the aircraft door until just after landing. If you follow the TSA guidlines in the link I provided and listen to all the flight crew's announcements you should be just fine. ETA: Do not rely on the airline to feed you. Most domestic carriers don't provide meals any more. Many do offer 'buy on board' itmes, usually sandwhiches or snack packs, for $5. Even when I fly first class where a meal is provided, I bring my own. ETA again: All cell phones must be off or have 'flight mode' turned on. I have a pocket PC cell phone (Cingular 8125). I have the ability to turn the phone function off while on the plane, and still use the other features of my phone such as windows mobile, games, mp3/audio files, etc. Not all phones have this capibility. Check w/ your cell provider or owner's handbook to see if your phone has a flight mode.
airlines supplies food and drink, with electronic devices no mobile phones,i believe you can use you laptop in the air,you can use dvd players
