Give some uses of Aluminium ?
I think I'd rather get the HVAC firstFor one thing, I can do insulation a little bit at a time, whenever I have a couple of bucks to spend on it, and I can do a lot of it myself For another thing, I wouldn't necessarily be thrilled to have a fully re-insulated, practically airtight house, with an ancient old HVAC in it, all set to poison me with carbon monoxide.
My house is much older and I insulated the two bedroomsOne bedroom developed a problem with one of the window framesI replaced the original single payne windows with new double payne unitsThis room is easy to maintain comfort using a basic plug in space heater and a window air unit The room with existing original windows is much colder and harder to heatIm planning to replace the single payne windows in the other bedroom this year.
Actually all of the above on a 50 year old homeIf your heating/air conditioning system is outdated and inefficient, the best new windows and insulation aren't going to be as much helpBut Low-E windows and proper insulation are definitely necessary and something that you should do in addition.
