Ok, so in the last week there have been 2 car break-ins in my neighborhood and i‘m really getting paranoid (too many valuable things to be stolen).both cars had their windows broken into, so i thought that i would just go with simple glass break sensors, but how effective are they really? I only have like $150(best if under $100) to spend and i was also wondering what the best alarm system would be to put on my car (pressure sensors maybe?) and would give me the best protection from these thieves. Sites, brands, system names, and prices would be nice :)
my theory is if they broke a window and no1 heard it, is some1 gunna hear your alarm? what if you spend 300 on sensors and they dont work, then u got robbed twice. i would put an l.e.d. right were any1 walking by can see it so they know there is theft protection. maybe a led scanner like on knight rider clearly visable, thieves tend to break into cars with no alarm
