trips fused spur,If i remove 1amp fuse and put it back boiler will run for 30-40 minutes then cut out again
I do not think that you have a one amp fuse. If your problem was through that fuse if it were a one amp it would blow. It is probably be a 10 amp. I think that when the boiler trips out, you then proceed to remove the fuse and replace it, during this time the boiler has cooled down sufficient to allow it to run for another period till it heats up and cuts out through heat again. If your boiler has fully heated the hot water and the central heating, should the latter be programmed, the boiler will keep cutting in and out as it cools down and its own thermostat calls for heat. If this is the case you have nothing to worry about it is normal. I hope this makes sense to you.
