I found this one one line in several different places Godfather's Streusel Dessert Pizza List of Ingredients Streusel 1-2/3 cup bread flour 2/3 cup white sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup solid shortening 1/4 cup buttery oil Icing 1 cup powdered sugar 2 T buttery oil 1/2 t vanilla Mix together streusel ingredients and store in closed container Recipe To make pizza: take crust (either home-made or pre-made) and add 1/2-1 Tbbuttery oil to crust leaving 1/2 inch space around crustSprinkle cinnamon all around buttered crust Top pizza crust with 1 cup streusel mixUse a sifter if necessary to break up any lumpsBake at 490 degrees for 7 1/2 minutesCover with aluminum foil halfway through to keep streusel from burningMix icing ingredients until it is of a drizzle consistencyIf it is too thick, then thin with a small amount of milk (1/2 teaspoon at time) until you have reached your desired thinnessWhen finished baking, top with icing in a circular pinwheel patternI usually ice the pizza with a sandwich bag with the end cut off Note, the streusel ingredients will make around 3 cups of streusel mixThis recipe is for a 14 inch pizza, you will need to adjust accordingly for a bigger or smaller pizza.
