Clean chicken in water and vineager mixDry wellSeason in salt and pepper.Take 1 bowl.crack an egg in itTake another bowl.pour in breadcrumbs and 2 tblspns of melted butter and a little parmesian cheese and a little oreganoStir.Dip the chicken in the egg bowl first then dip in the other bowl with breadcrumbs.Bake on 350 for about 50 minutes (first 25 minutes cover in aluminum foil.then remove foil and turn chicken over and bake last 25 minutes uncovered)Sound good? Im still trying to get making drumsticks right.
Although paper isn't so much better for the environment it is easier to recycle but lets be honest how many of us are going to make sure that our gum wrappers get recycled? lolIt's just cheaper for them :)
a few years ago, they did it to save money and cos its easily recycled
idk but tinfoil is better for the environment(I think)
Sounds really good up until you said you were going to cover the pan pan with foilThis will trap in steam and make your breadcrumbs all mushyThe melted butter in the crumbs makes a nice coatingThey'll come out all brown and crispy if you just bake them for 45 minutes.don't turnPut them in there and leave them alone.
