what's wrong with gas guns? they're convenient, you don't have to work bolt with alot of effort between shotsgas guns are like semiautomaticsthey're very niceif they shoot hot then use heavier BBs but if you insist on a springer, I have a MB-40 that's really nicefound it at a airsoft place for $120should be able to find it online for about the same, 400 fps with .2 gram BBs, 19 round magazine, plastic stock, aluminium and brass internals, very well madematte black finish with weaver railadjustable hop up, very real lookingyou cna get a 3-9x40mm scope from Big 5 for $35, and a pair of weaver 1 medium rings (get high if you airsoft with a mask) for $7 you can paint it whatever you'd like to make it look even more awesome I got mine for my first airsoft game, the gun's powerful but not accurate as I'd like, well I mean I dunno how accurate it's supposed to be and no idea how people snipe with these things anywayI actually do practice sniping (marksmanship) with a real gunI can hit a human silhouette target (specifically a 1:1 scale bin laden target) from 300 yards with my 223 rifle30 rounds and I'd put out both eyes and huge hole in the foreheadwhen I shoot at 500 yards with low velocity bullets I can actually see the bullet in flightit's straight and on target, nothing like how BBs fly anyway, I did some stuff, now it's more accurate than factorystill not anywhere enough to make the scope (BSA 4x32) useful, since the BBs just fly everywhereit's no surprise, the BB is too light, has crap BC, and too weak spin for straight flightfactoryaccuracy is 4x6 foot groups 20 BBs 0.25 gram at 100 yardsnewaccuracy is 2x2 groups 20 BBs 0.25 gram at 100 yardsnot exactly what I'd call accurate but maybe in the airsoft world that's really good.
