I'm looking for a pan for frittatasIt appears that most nonstick omlette pans are oven-safe only to 450 degrees, which means that I can't put it under the broiler - I think? Anyway - if anyone has any recommendations, please sharePreferably not too expensive, 'cuz I'm brokeThanks!
Usually the degree limit is to protect the handleSince you would only be putting it under the broiler for a very short time, if you wrap the handle in aluminum foil completely, it will protect it for that short time and you can use the pans you haveIt works with baking at a higher temperatures as well.
