I want to swap my current triceps exercise (one dumbell triceps extensions) for something different. What are the best out of the following? Cable bent over triceps extensions, lying tricep extension with ez bar or tricep bench dips? My other exercise I'll be doing is one arm dumbell kick backs. Can someone tell me the best alternative above to go with the kick backs. thanks.

Skull crushers are my favorite, but out of those I'd say dips. Mix it up between barbell and dumbells. Do one one day and the other a couple days later. Variations of pull ups, dead lifts, and rows are your best bet for back stuff.
