Question:

Good way to cook a roast?

I have a pork roast, but my husband and I both aren't fans of (cooked) veggies so the way mom made it doesn't work for us! Any good recipes? I've seen a lot using pop, and I know in my baking that makes everything more moistAlso, I hate onions so nothing with a strong oniony taste either! Thanks! Oh, and possibility of potatoes, but not likelyAlso it's a tiny little thing, just enough for two! Thanks!
