He wants to know how much the silo will hold and how much paint he will need to paint it. The silo is 18' in diameter and 32.4' high, the height of the semi-circle top is 4'.2. A local supermarket has offered to donate cans of dog food to the local animal shelter. The food is in cans 10 cm in diameter and 15 cm high, the cans are packed in boxes 2 by 8 (16 cans in total).a) Calculate the surface area of the box used, assuming there is no cardboard overlap.b) How could the same number of cans be packaged in order to use the least amount of cardboard?Sorry I have NO idea how to do it and I did a version of it myself but I don't know if my answers are right and im trying really hard but I suck at math!
