For outright speed the 2.5GHz/320GB will be faster. However in normal usage you are _not_ going to notice what is a fairly small speed bump. I would rather go for the extra disk space instead - you may never need it but if you do swapping to a larger disk drive is one of the more difficult upgrades to do since all your apps and data need moving to the new drive. Added to that of course, it is $150 cheaper. $150 is a lot to spend on a CPU that is only 4% faster on paper and in real world conditions may only be 1% faster.
