One thing I learned about the e-brake is that when coming down a mountain in snow, I put a few clicks on the e-brake to slow the car down so that I didn't have to use my regular brakes and I had no trouble loosing my ability to steer. I passed several 4X4's in the ditch because their front wheels would lock and slide when they hit their brakes.
I have actually used this product a few years ago, and it worked. I have a 2002 Buick LaSabre Custom and saw a 100 mile difference in my mileage, that is 100 more miles to the tank. I also used it on my Ford 250 LTE truck and also saw a great improvement. I would take a small cap full and add it to my tank just before filling up, that way the liquid goes down with the gas I am putting in. I want to get my hands on more of it but do not know anyone who has it to sell. I would get a 2 fluid ounce bottle for $20. I like it )
I have my own theories about any fuel additives. They are good for the company selling them. People are open to anything right now. Fuel is pushing five dollars a gallon and people are panicking about global warming. Anything that helps the environment and saves fuel sounds like a wonderful product. People are open to things that sound wonderful. But if it was so good, all the major news stations and news papers would be heralding the product as a revolutionary design. The fact MSNBC boasts about it doesn't surprise me. This is the same network that got caught manipulating a fire to demonstrate how dangerous GM fuel tanks were in a collision. They made a public apology over the incident but have never regained my trust. My advice to you. There are no miracle fuel additives. Keep your engine well tuned and the pressure in your tires at the correct level. Always use good quality fuel. Not high octane, but a good brand of fuel. You will be doing the very best you can for your vehicle's performance and economy as well as the environment
