Have a brass pipe attached to copper pipe prefer not to cut copper. the fitting wont budge tried hammering, penetratrion oil clr, pipe wrench and heat please help

you definitely have a bearing problem.just because it has been within two years doesn;t rule out installation,potholes, wear and tear.
If it is a threaded joint, heat the female part generally copper and use proper tool (spanners) not pipe wrench or monkey pliers.
