can anyone tell me how i can tell the difference between copper and brass? is there some kind of magnet?
copper is a softer metal than brass and brown in color or green if its corroded brass is made from copper and tin and no a magnet wont work
You can easily tell by color. Brass is yellow and copper is reddish.
I think copper is much more denser and browner than brass.
