so my mom bought a 16 inch pizza and i dunno how to cook it in the oven becuase the baking sheet is too small(
It makes no difference at all.
Different sdes of out differnt uses, but really it isn't a huge different, like quicker baking time etc.
Makes zero differenceThe shiny and dull sides are just a result of the manufacturing method.
you can cook it right on the oven racks, usually this makes the crust a little crispier thoughif you want to keep it doughier, try even something as simple as putting aluminum foil down and the pizza over that with a little oil on it so it doesnt stick.
