Help me re-shine my silver necklace?

I thought bleach cleans silver but then it suddenly turn black,,,_Then i try fix em up by boiling it inside a pot like boiling egg and it some sort of yellow metal attracted to my silver,, U know,, electrolysis i think,,, metal attracted to metalso my necklace now is black yellowisherso ugly,, any suggestion how am i gonna fix it? i wan 2 use it for Eid ul-Fitr tomorrow T_T.

This is the best ideau will need: - 1/4 cup of baking soda - water - aluminium foil - bowl Put the aluminium foil at the bottom of the bowl and pour the baking soda and then ur silver necklace and pour water.make sure ur necklace fully covered.The longer u leave ur necklace the cleaner it get but make sure its a real silver.
