Regarding to weaknesses now I had but not too much. My first weakness was when I used the first time the hoist, I was bit green but from the second time and with the help of the care worker I improved it. There were some care workers who didn’t calculate us like an example ask them about a disease they will tell us the answer short. There were bit strange. Even the senior care worker, she told to one of the resident bad comments about us, so I felt unhappy and down because it was not true. About the residents, when it was the time in the morning for washing there were few who didn’t want us the students to do the washing because we are students so they prefer the care workers. Another weakness was that I had a problem regarding to their names, it was a bit of a problem to learn their names how to call them. Another weakness was that I struggled to remember people's names. However, after some time and with the help of the care worker, I managed to learn everyone's names.
