Question:

Help - my one year old daughter is stripping her clothes daytime, night time, all the time - need suggestions.

I feel like we've tried everything - onesies, ducktape, potty (she's too young yet), backwards clothes, zippers, tights, layers, overalls, pins, etc

Answer:

I guess you just beat the hell out of yourself lol
Shawshank redemption, the green mile, the perfect storm, twister, castaway come to mind
Higher octane is needed to avoid detonation. Detonation destroys engines pretty quickly. Your car may detect the detonation and retard your timing but you really shouldn't rely on that. If you have to, you can run lower octane, but you MUST NOT push your car very hard. Consider it something to do in emergencies only. If your car says it needs a certain octane, use it.
If you are unable to stop drop and roll then the only thing that you can do is to smother the flames with a blanket or item of clothing that is made of 100% wool or 100% cotton. If this is of particular concern to you then restrict you clothing choices to wool or cotton and the likely hood of you catching on fire to begin with will be greatly reduced as these two materials do not burn well. Hope this helps
