Question:

Help plzzzzzzz .for those who are good at chemistry.?

An iron ore contains 30% of iron oxide Fe2O3 Then? How many tons of the ore are required for the production of one ton of iron metal? given; Fe56 O16 plz with steps to know did u answer it .

Answer:

U need just only the number of tons of iron ore that creates one iron metal? I've calculated it with kilogram, If u get 100kg iron ore then u'll can get 30 kg fe2o3 --------1kg iron ore -----------------------30/100 kg fe2o3 --------1080 kg iron ore then u'll find (30x1080)/100324kg fe2o3[1 ton1080kg] then u'll find iron metal from 1ton iron Ore about 756kg iron metals [1080kg-324kg] However u'll get 756kg iron metal from 1080kg iron ore,but u need 1ton iron metal Then [1080kg1ton]about for 1080kg iron metal u'll need (1080x1080)/7561542.86kg iron ore and u'll need 1542.86kg/1080kg1.429ton iron ore[].thus for one ton iron metal u'll need 1.429ton iron ore.Just deduct the mass of fe2o3 from every cent.then u'll be able to score it.
