I've been told by my ped that to feel the back of their necks, if it's warm, they're warmYou CAN'T tell from her hands and feetIs she happy when she wakes up? If she;s not complaining, I wouldn't worry, she's not going to keep quiet if she's not happy!! You can buy the bigger jammies and do a temporary hem in the middle of the leg without cutting them, just fold them and baste stitch them till she's taller!!
Shrimp and Crabmeat Loaf INGREDIENTS 1 (6 ounce) can small shrimp, drained 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions 1/4 cup diced celery 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (1 pound) loaf French bread, halved horizontally DIRECTIONS In a bowl, combine well the shrimp, crab, mayonnaise, green onions, celery, cheese, salt, and pepperSpread the shrimp mixture on the bottom half of bread and replace the top halfCut into 8 pieces and serve immediately or refrigerate whole and cut into 8 pieces when ready to serveHeating instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)Wrap the loaf in a large piece of aluminum foilBake for 20 minutes or until heated throughCut into 8 pieces I think this Seafood Dip is easy and if you follow the recipe, I know you will be proud of yourself of what you can do! After this wonderful appetizer, I would do Grilled Steaks and Vegetable Kebabs, finished with a Wild Berry Sorbet and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream bowlAfter dinner, relax and enjoy each others company, offer coffee, tea or wine, then get on the Wii, those are so fun or just let everyone play whatever games you have, but be there interacting, not in the kitchen cleaning upI hope you have a fantastic evening with your friends, full of great food and good times!
Actually, I have always been told that 68 degrees is a healthy temperatureGenerally if mom is cold so is baby and if mom is warm the same holds trueI hope that this has helped
The only time my 17 month old daughter gets fevers that high is when she has an ear infectionWe've been to the ER twice recently with 104-105 fevers and bulging inner ear infectionsThat's weird for a doctor to not be more concerned with such a high fever because it can cause seizuresIf the Tylenol doesn't lower it within an hour of giving it I would be concerned.
What is considered comfortable for adults and toddler's is between 68 and 72 degrees FThis is true room temperatureAs an adult you have the option of covers, where as your toddler probably wouldn't keep covers onI would guess that it is too cool in her room and it is time to start that heater you haveUnless you are keeping the door open and her room air mixes with that of the rest of th house, there is no other way to guarantee that she as comfortable as you are in your roomIs the heater temperature controlled or just an on/off type? Our home is such a nightmare when it comes to the issue of room temperatureMy daughter's room is so different in tempfrom the rest of the house that we invested in a $250 remote thermostatThe receiver is installed right where your old thermostat would go, just like a regular thermostatThen you can set the remote unit anywhere and it will read the temperature of th room it is in and turn the heat or A/C on and off as neededThe costs have come down a lot since then, so take a look onlineGood luck!
