Help with making lasagne?

I'm new to cooking so be understanding please.First time I tried I had some lasagne sheets that, according the the pack, did not even need to be precooked, and the recipe did not ask for itBut when I did put them on most of the pasta sheets were still dry, despite the white sauce over them.So this time I decided to precook the pasta but as I did they all got stuck together despite me stirring the waterIt was a bit messy but at least it was edible this time!Finally I put some mozarella on top but it never seems to brown a bit?Once you've stopped laughing, please help!

If you're using pre-cooked pasta, assemble the lasagna then cover it with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutesUncover for 10-15 minutes to brown the topThen be sure to let it rest at the table before trying to cut into it.
