I am so busy keeping up with IT demands, that I find I cannot spend the energy to develop friendships at work. Then throw in marriage, kids, church, exercise, and, well, forget it, I am going silo at work.
I find that having friends at work is pointless. your too busy with everything else you dont have time to make true friends at work. also you are there to do a job not make friends lol.
