I am considering getting into crossbow archery (target, nothing living), and not being flush with cash I'm wondering if it's possible to create one's own bolts, preferably out of wood since I hate shaping aluminum.Fletching issues aside, will the bolts shatter on launch? That's my biggest worry here.
It's probably the same or very similar stuffI would stick with the stock Intel heat sink compound if I were you because it has been made for and approved by IntelIf you want a superior heat sink compound, get onto Newegg and order some Arctic Silver 5 for about $8.00It will lower the temp on the CPU by about 3 degrees C on the averageEvery bit helps! :)
more likely to shatter on impactbolts are cheap and reuse-able i think I saw some at Walmart
should be the same stuffIf you have some direct from intel, I would use that as it is probably measured to use the correct amountHowever, if you don't have that, the Radio Shack stuff should work fine.
regardless of if it incredibly is new it has the thermal compound already utilizedIf it has the TIM you stated you already know a thank you to place in it, yet while it does not, in simple terms purchase some thermal compound and prepare it to the CPU then deploy the heatsink (in simple terms watch youtube video clips to be certain how)
i understand the stock heatsink comes with some kind of compound already on it but i read its not very good then why would Intel put it on their heatsinks when it is they (Intel) who have to warranty their processors? Think about itThe stock compound is very goodThose who overclock are the ones who have the problems and also void their warranties.
