For a science experiment at school we are required to keep water cold, or hot rice warm in a can for 20 minutesI have wrapped my can in aluminum foil and then created a knitted stubby holder like thing, and covered the top, only leaving enough room to poke a thermometer through the holeSo my question is, should I choose to keep the water cool, or the rice warm? Please explain your answer ( I need to write why/ how my stubby holder will work) Thank you in advance! :)
