If it is a 3 grade factory, there are the following points to note: 1, cardboard moisture; 2, cardboard rupture strength; 3: cardboard edge pressure strength, these 3 points can directly affect the entire carton pressure. It is also a data inspection project required by most customers.If conditions permit, you can also do a whole box of the empty container stacking test and anti pressure.If it is a 2 grade factory, then pay attention to the following points: 1, the moisture content of the base paper; 2, the rupture strength of base paper; 3; the weight of the base paper and the detection of the above third points.
Then the influence of the rupture strength and the index of the edge compressive strength is due to the rupture strength of the base paper and the shape of the corrugated paper.
