You can, and will, be arrested for stealing You could offer to pay for the items, since with that list, you are most likely just going to turn around and scrap it yourself for cashBut they don't have to sell it to you either.

Things your school would need (The number/size of each depends on the size of your school): - Bins for each room - Larger bins to collect paper from the bins in each room - Manpower to get the collection bins to the curb on collection day The room's bins might be supplied by the city The school might have to buy the larger bins The manpower could come either from Janitorial staff or from volunteers So: to start up a program, - you need to contact the city, see whether they would collect the paper from your school and on what daysSee what startup materials they can supply (e.gbins)- talk to your school to see what manpower they can supplycan the janitors just pick up the recycling when they pick up the trash from each room? If not, see if you can organize a group of volunteers to do the collection each week- organize a fund raiser to get the cash to buy any bins that the city can't supply Good luck, I hope this gives you a start!
