yes any heat products (blow dryers, flat irons etc) will ruin your hair ceramic/ionic ones don't ruin it as much
any type of heat can damage your hair, so in all aspects, yes it can ruin your hair,but curling your hair in the rightful manner can actually help your hair, but you shouldn't apply heat to your hair every day ( especially if you blow try) so try 2 every weak, and that should do anything
