You shouldn;t use wax paperYou should use parchent paper, the wax will be more likely to stick to your cookiesUse foil, or just spray your cookie sheet with pam.

Foil will work just fine - That's all I use.
Is the wax paper is to prevent the cookies from sticking to the pan? If so, you can get the same effect by using Pam Nonstick spray.
