Question:

how can i convert one form of energy into another? i do not need examples, i need HOW.?

i do not need examples. please. just HOW

Answer:

Depending on the size of wheel on you car will make a difference. You are factory equipped with run flat tires which i would stick with since there is no spare and you don't want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere. If you have 16 wheels I would go with the factory continental runflat tire have had great experiences with them. If you have the 18 wheels with sport package I would go with the michelin pilot sport ZP also a runflat but offers the 225/40R18 and the 255/35R18. Also if you repalce all 4 tires I would have a 4 wheel alignment performed at your local dealer to make sure you get the longest life out of the tires.
First decide the two kinds energy which you want convert. Get the required apparatus related to both kinds of energy. Apply the basic scientific principles so that the apparatus used properly to get the desired result.
Heat -- Kinetic: boil water, run the steam over a turbine Potential --- Kinetic: compress a spring, affix a projectile, release the spring suddenly to launch the projectile Kinetic --- Stored: shove and let go a toy car so it coasts up a ramp to a higher elevation than the base of the ramp Potential --- Electrical: drop a copper and zinc bar into a mild acid solution, and connect the two bars with a wire Potential --- Photonic: turn on a flashlight (torch)
