If you or your husband have an atopic disease such as food allergies, hayfever, eczema, pet allergies, etc the following statement from the AAP appliesBreastfeeding mothers should continue breastfeeding for the first year of life or longerDuring this time, for infants at risk, hypoallergenic formulas can be used to supplement breastfeedingMothers should eliminate peanuts and tree nuts (eg, almonds, walnuts, etc) and consider eliminating eggs, cow's milk, fish, and perhaps other foods from their diets while nursingSolid foods should not be introduced into the diet of high-risk infants until 6 months of age, with dairy products delayed until 1 year, eggs until 2 years, and peanuts, nuts, and fish until 3 years of age.
You can eat anything you wantThe only reason to avoid a specific food would be if you noticed your baby having a reaction to that food in your diet.
You can eat any food you wishJust take note if your baby acts funny after eating certain foodsSpicy foods can change the way your milk tastes so your baby might not enjoy it as muchGood luck with bf and congratulations on your new little one!
Aluminum foil Hydrogen Peroxide Baking Soda Honey your natural color hair dye In a small bowl mix Baking Soda, Peroxide, and honey until it is a sort of pastespread over your hair and wrap small sections at a time in Aluminum foilleave in for 30 minutesThis will strip your hair, it will probably just brighten the black color a bit so it might be light enough to dye back to your original coloruse head and shoulders shampoo also and if this damages your hair get some good conditioner and leave that in for a few minutesGood luck!! :)
